If you’re a new chiropractic patient at the Clinic you need to book a 60-minute assessment with the doctor of your choice prior to booking treatments. Time permitting there will be treatment as a part of this examination.
Whether you are a new patient for Chiropractic, Massage, Acupuncture or Stretching, we ask that you arrive 10-15 minutes early for your first visit to ensure all paperwork is completed and allow time for consent forms when applicable.
If you have previously been a patient but you are coming in for a new condition, or haven’t been in for a year or more we ask that you book at least 40 minutes for your first visit back at the office.
Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid the cancellation fee (the full value of the booked time).
If you have trouble booking or cancelling appointments online, please give the office a call and we will be happy to assist you.
Note: If you require an emergency appointment, please call the office as opposed to trying to schedule online and we will do our very best to accommodate you.

• $95 – 60 Minute Therapeutic/Relaxation/Pre or Post Natal Massage
• $125 – 90 Minute Therapeutic/Relaxation/Pre or Post Natal MassageNote: Please try to notify our office in advance if you intend to receive a Pre or Post Natal Massage so that your therapist can prepare the table for you.
Using the Online Booking System
To book an appointment, please click on the “Book an Appointment” link at the bottom of the page. You will then be prompted to either create an account on the scheduler, or login if you already have one. Next, click “Book an Appointment”, located at the top right hand side of your open window and from the next screen, choose the therapy you would like to book and select a date – you can see any available openings within 24 hours of the current time, but you will have to call the office to book them. Use the “Next Day” button to move from day to day and book your next visit.
If you need to cancel an appointment, you can login to your account on our scheduler, select “Upcoming Appointments” from the left-hand toolbar, and all of your upcoming appointments will be listed. You can choose to cancel or reschedule from the drop-down menu next to each scheduled visit in your list. You can even add yourself to our wait list if you can’t find a time that works for you!
Note: Please keep in mind that our office requires at least 24 hours notice for appointment changes or cancellation to avoid being charged the full value of your originally booked treatment.
